Meet Our Team

Mark Kennedy BSc, DC CCEP

Chiropractor

I’ve been helping people feel better, move better, and get back to the activities they enjoy for over 30 years. As a chiropractor, my focus is on understanding why pain or injury has developed and helping you move safely and confidently again — not just easing symptoms for a few days.

I work a lot with people who have back and neck pain, especially problems that keep coming back or haven’t fully settled. My approach is based on careful assessment, clear explanations, and teaching you how to move and load your body in a way that protects your spine. I regularly use principles from the McGill Method, along with simple, effective strength and movement exercises, to help people feel more capable and less worried about movement.

Treatment usually combines hands-on care with practical advice and exercises you can use in everyday life. I also assess and treat jaw (TMJ) problems when they’re part of the picture. Outside the clinic, I’m a qualified kettlebell instructor and a big believer in staying active — and I spend a lot of my free time playing Padel or getting out on two wheels, with or without a motor.

Massage & Myofascial Therapy

Spending time with my family, travelling, books and the beach are the loves of my life.

I adore the beach! and living in Bournemouth I get to swim every day, I’d give Wim Hoff a run for his money with my enthusiasm for cold water therapy, no wet suits even in the winter!

I walk my big goofy Labrador there and spend time in my beach hut socialising with all the lovely likeminded people I meet there.

Come and find out how I can help you with your aches and pains, no cold water, I promise!

Clare Marriott MChiro DC

Chiropractor

I gained my Master of Chiropractic degree from AECC University College graduating with first class honours. I first became interested in chiropractic when I received treatment for acute low back pain while working with horses at the age of 18.

Horses are my passion, I ride regularly, particularly dressage and have taught riding. I have a strong interest in horse and rider biomechanics so if you want some help in that area I am your chiro.

I’m also a veterinary chiropractor so am able to provide you the whole package of rider and equine chiro care.

I am also often found on a tennis court and enjoy playing matches for my local club.
