Meet Our Team
Mark Kennedy BSc, DC
Chiropractor
I’ve been helping people feel better, move better, and get back to the activities they enjoy for over 30 years.
As a chiropractor, my focus is on understanding why pain or injury has developed and helping you move safely and confidently again — not just easing symptoms for a few days.
I work a lot with people who have back and neck pain, especially problems that keep coming back or haven’t fully settled. My approach is based on careful assessment, clear explanations, and practical solutions to help you understand your pain and learn how to move and load your body more confidently.
I regularly use principles from the McGill Method, along with simple, effective strength and movement exercises, to help people feel more capable and less worried about movement.
Treatment almost always combines hands-on care with practical advice and exercises you can use in everyday life. I also have a particular interest in the assessment and treatment of jaw (TMJ) problems. It is remarkable how often they’re part of the wider clinical picture.
I’m a qualified kettlebell and fitness instructor and a big believer in staying active. Outside the clinic, I spend a lot of my free time playing padel or getting out on two wheels — with or without a motor.

Massage & Myofascial Therapy
Spending time with my family, travelling, books and the beach are the loves of my life.
I adore the beach! and living in Bournemouth I get to swim every day, I’d give Wim Hoff a run for his money with my enthusiasm for cold water therapy, no wet suits even in the winter!
I walk my big goofy Labrador there and spend time in my beach hut socialising with all the lovely likeminded people I meet there.
Come and find out how I can help you with your aches and pains, no cold water, I promise!
Clare Marriott - MChiro DC
Chiropractor
I graduated with First Class Honours from AECC University College and believe good chiropractic care starts by listening to what matters to you.
Your goals are at the heart of your care. I’ll take the time to understand what you want to achieve, explain what I believe is going on and work with you to find an approach that is both appropriate for you and in your best interests.
My interest in chiropractic began after experiencing the benefits of treatment for my own back injury while working with horses. As an experienced horse rider and riding instructor, I’ve developed a particular interest in horse and rider biomechanics and how balance, movement and suppleness can influence performance.
Whether you're looking after yourself, your horse — or both — I understand the relationship between movement, balance and performance.
I am also trained in veterinary chiropractic, specialising in horses and dogs, allowing me to offer expert care for both rider and horse.
Outside the clinic, I can usually be found on horseback, in the swimming pool or on the tennis court, where I regularly play for my local club.
